I drive ~30,000 to 35,000 miles per year. I have I saved thousands on fuel, oil changes, and maintenance. It has been extremely reliable which is much better than other European sedans the S competes with that i have owned. Used they are an excellent bang for your buck value.
The only con I would say is the rear tire wear due to the factory alignment specs. Rear shims to correct the camber and aligning the front and rear to +0.1 toe has corrected that issue. My only maintenance costs have been HEPA filters, tires, wipers, and washer fluid.…

I just bought this car 2 weeks ago and live it! I originally struggled with the thought of an electric car. I couldn't be more pleased. The technology is incredible and easy to operate. The charging at home is simple. The super charging is a cook quick experience and the fact that it's comes with an arcade makes it fun for the kids.…

Tesla Model S Plaid: A Powerhouse with Room for Perfection
Owning the Tesla Model S Plaid has been nothing short of exhilarating. It’s an engineering marvel that truly lives up to its reputation as one of the fastest production cars in the world. Every time I get behind the wheel, I’m reminded of why I consider it an amazing vehicle.
The sheer performance is jaw-dropping. With its tri-motor setup, the instant torque and mind-bending acceleration create a driving experience that feels like something out of a sci-fi movie. The Plaid doesn’t just move it launches.
Beyond its raw power, the interior is a masterclass in minimalist luxury. The yoke steering (while controversial to some) adds a futuristic touch, and the expansive display integrates seamlessly into the driving experience. The spacious cabin and adjustable air suspension, makes every drive comfortable and engaging. The hatchback trunk provides an incredible amount of space and practicality.
However, no car is perfect. While the Plaid’s acceleration is on another level, the braking system leaves a bit to be desired, especially given the speed this car can achieve. The optional track pack brakes that are available after purchase, should be standard. Enhanced brake performance would provide that extra layer of confidence during aggressive driving or in emergency stops. For a car that excels in nearly every category, it’s an area where Tesla needs improvement in the next refresh.
In the end, the Model S Plaid was a game-changer. A car that helped shape the EV industry. An EV that blends blistering speed with minimalist luxury and cutting-edge technology. It’s a car that constantly impresses, yet leaves just enough room for future enhancements to make it truly flawless.
In the winter time, expect the full power not to be available due to traction and lower battery temperature. Expect the 21 inch OEM Pilot Sport 4S tires to wear quickly on the inside edge due to negative camber that can't be adjusted (Tesla please add adjustable control arms to the next refresh). Expect issues with Tesla service if aftermarket parts are installed. Expect the Tesla ownership experience to be much more thrilling than any other car that you've owned due to the incredible ecosystem of continuous software updates, full-self driving, an active ownership community, and a multitude of aftermarket parts. Can't afford a new one, buy a used one in the 40k's now.…
